This can be faxed or mailed to us. All passengers aboard a vessel, regardless of age, engaged in fishing in Mexican waters must have a fishing license in their possession whether fishing or not.

A boat permit is required in Mexican waters for any inflatable, car-top, dinghy or sportsfishing boat, towed with a trailer or aboard a vessel, regardless of size or construction. For a Boat Permit and a Fishing License combo package, just add $60.00 for the fishing license to the fee for the boat permit per refenced price list.
