A tourist card is needed by all US citizens, including children, entering Mexico for visits longer than 72 hours, or places 16 miles beyond the border. You may travel to San Felipe and Ensenada in Baja without a tourist card. Airlines will issue and charge you for a tourist card upon departure.

Please allow us to send you by first-class mail a tourist card that can be presented to the Immigra- tion officer on duty together with proof of nationality such as a valid passport or birth certificate.
